Error description

• In TPC5.2.x, a new performance metric of "Pool Activity Score"
  was added but not described on Knowledge Center
  It should be described in the Performance Metrics reference
  clearly and  concretely with what it does mean.

• Add information about permormance metric "Pool Activity Score"
  on TPC knowledgecenter
