APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the name of a message set ends with ".xsd" (excluding
  quotes), an out of memory error can occur when generating a bar
  file containing the message set.
  
  When the problem occurs an error dialog pops up with the
  following message:
  
  "Java heap space
   java.lang.OutOfMemoryError"

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Integration Toolkit who have message sets whose
  names end with ".xsd" (excluding quotes) and who build bar files
  containing the message sets.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Message sets whose names end with ".xsd" (excluding quotes) were
  not being loaded correctly. This caused the bar generation to go
  into an endless loop which eventually resulted in an out of
  memory error in the toolkit.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now correctly loads message sets whose names end in
  ".xsd" (excluding quotes).
