Error description

• The response flow of a mediation is not built during preload and
  is instead built when the first message is processed by the
  mediation.

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users of Business Process Manager v8.5 who are making use of the
  preload WebSphere environment variable to load mediation flows
  at application startup.
  
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The preload feature is designed to build all parts of the
  mediation flow at application startup. However, it was
  discovered that the response flows of a mediation were not being
  built successfully during preload and were instead being built
  when the first message was processed by the mediation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to build the response flow during
  preload as per design of the preload feature.
