Error description

• If a map calls a submap and certain conditions are met between
  the caller and the called, then the caller map gets an
  unwarranted false error:
  "The input/output ... of the submap transform is incompatible
  with the input/output for submap .... The latter expects the
  element ... or its substitution."
  The conditions are:
  -- the caller input/output is a local element with a named type
  -- the called input/output is a global element with a named type
  -- the two types are compatible
