Error description

• The SVC/Storwize 7.3 or later code has a new cache architecture:
  There is a separation of cache hit metrics between an upper and
  a lower cache.
  TPC will show 0 or close to 0 read cache hits for SVC/Storwize
  v7.3 or later. With the new cache design, the upper cache is
  only a write cache, so TPC will see 0 read hits.
  
  Affected Releases:
  All TPC versions using SVC/Storwize version 7.3 or later.
