Error description

• Unable to set "ImportVSSSnapshotsOnlyWhenNeeded" from Flashcopy
  MMC in Non-English platforms
  
  Recreation steps:
  
   1. From Flashcopy Management Console
        - select "Exchange Server"
        - right click and select "Properties"
  
   2. From Property
        - select "VSS option"
  
   3. From VSS option
        - check ""Import VSS Snapshots Only When Needed"
        - click ""OK"
  
   4. Error message displayed as ,
         Error : parameter 'ImportVSSSnapshotsOnlyWhenNeeded
  cannot be
                 confirmed.  "JAPANESE-YES" is not in ValidateSet
  "Yes or No"
         Retry using this set.
         At Set-DpExcConfig -ImportVSSSnapshotsOnlyWhenNeeded
  JAPANESE-YES
         -StopServicesOnIr JAPANESE-YES -ConfigFile .....
  
   This problem is only occurred in Non-English environment.

Problem conclusion

• Tivoli Storage FlashCopy Manager for Microsoft SQL Server and
  Microsoft Exchange Server, Tivoli Storage Manager for
  Databases: Data Protection for Microsoft SQL Server, and
  Tivoli Storage Manager for Mail: Data Protection for Microsoft
  Exchange Server have been updated to resolve this problem.
  The "Yes" or "No" value will be preserved in English instead
  of translating these values into the language associated with
  the locale setting.
