    directories.
    For broker functionality only the user and group need write

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Broker working directories such as $MQSI_WORKPATH/common/errors
    and $MQSI_WORKPATH/common/logs have 777 permissions which allow
    others to write to these directories. For broker functionality,
    only the user and group need write access to these directories.
    
    
    There are a number of resource name changes between WebSphere
    Message Broker and IBM Integration Bus Version 9.0. For details

Problem conclusion

  • The product no longer sets world-writeable permissions on
    working directories like $MQSI_WORKPATH/common/errors and
    $MQSI_WORKPATH/common/logs.
