Error description

• When using the Tivoli Storage Manger for Mail, Data Protection
  for Exchange or FlashCopy Manager to perform an Exchange 2013
  mailbox restore to a Unicode PST file this fails with:
  Failed - Error: RC: 402
    Cannot process argument transformation on parameter
   'SkipMerging'. Cannot convert value "StorageProviderForSource"
   to type
   "Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.SkippableMerge
   Component[]". Error: "Cannot convert value
   "StorageProviderForSource" to type
   "Microsoft.Exchange.Management.RecipientTasks.SkippableMerge
   Component". Error: "Unable to match the identifier name
   StorageProviderForSource to a valid enumerator name.
  The "-SkipMerging StorageProvicerForSource" parameter was
  required by Microsoft in Exchange 2013 CU1 to work around a
  problem that MS was having on the mailbox restores. Only later
  CU versions seem to witness the failure.

Problem conclusion

• This problem was caused by the removal of a Microsoft cmdlet
  parameter in CU6. FlashCopy Manager for Microsoft Exchange
  Server and Data Protection for Microsoft Exchange Server have
  been updated to resolve these problems when using CU6 and
  newer CU updates.
