Error description

• ENV : AIX IDS 11.70.FC8W1.
  
  When a bad block is found, then the system will attempt to
  remove the block and adjust the next and previous pointers of
  the adjacent next and previous blocks.  If the next or previous
  values of the bad block are bad or the block being pointed to
  cannot be found, then that process stops and we indicate various
  things like ...
  
  Can't find corrupted block's previous block
  Can't find corrupted block's next block
  Multiple block errors found
  Unable to repair pool
  Pool not repaired
  
  within the AF and online.log.
  
  If the system detects the pool is bad, then this results in
  small AF's being seen from now on and nothing reported in the
  online.log so users are unaware of further block header AF's
  unless they happen to look in the DUMPDIR.
