Error description

• When following method #2 in Tivoli Storage Manager Server
  technote:
  http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21653582
  Method 2 is meant to put clean up to sleep for one million
  minutes, however, the maximum sleep that can be set for this
  function is 49 days. If the server has not been rebooted
  within 48 days the autoreorg will start. This could cause the
  active log to pin and fill up as noted in APAR IC91190.
  

Local fix

• Reboot the server.

  The DISABLEREORGCLEANUPINDEX option specifies whether online
  index reorganization is disabled for the BF_BITFILE_EXTENTS
  table when the DB2© CLEANUP PAGES ALL parameter is used in the
  REORG INDEXES or REORG TABLE commands.
  You can use the DISABLEREORGCLEANUPINDEX option to avoid the
  following scenarios from occurring:
  
      The active log becomes full.
      The Tivoli Storage Manager server halts unexpectedly.
  
  To use the DISABLEREORGCLEANUPINDEX option, you must halt the
  server, update the options file, and then restart the server.

  tablelist
      Specifies the table for which index reorganization cleanup
  is disabled. If the option is not specified, all tables are
  included in the index reorganization cleanup. Only the
