Additional environment settings for a broker can be provided by adding a script in the $MQSI_WORKPATH/config//profiles directory and executing it just before startup of the broker. But these scripts are not getting executed if the broker is configured to start as an MQ Service and get started with queue manager start.

Problem conclusion
