IT02904: SECONDARY SERVER CAN ABEND IN CREATE_OPEN_PARTITION_TXN_LIST DURING LOG ROLLFORWARD

Error description

• A secondary server may occasionally encounter a server abend
  during the continuous roll-forward of the
  logical log entries from the primary server. The thread that
  abends is a xchg thread and the signature of the
  assert failure entry in the logfile looks like this:
