Error description

  • Outbound data sent with a '1' in ISA14 informs the recipient
to generate a TA1 (Interchange Acknowledgment).  When the the
sender of the original document receives the TA1, the
reconciliation fails. The TA1 reconciliation report shows:
(Sender, Receiver, ControlNumber) (Status, Code) (ACMEPROD,
TECHSUPP, 000000017) NOT FOUND
The Sender or Receiver IDs in the TA1 report are interchanged.
