Error description
If the value of a user defined node's property is set as its non default value in the message flow and if the same property is overridden in the bar file then the broker runtime does not pickup the overridden value from the bar file.

Problem conclusion
The product now uses property values configured in the bar file for setting the Node properties during the deployment process.
