APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When attempting to add an Oracle database for monitoring,  TPC
  generates error:
  DBA0152E Process returned an unexpected return code: 32512
  <NULL>
  
  Caused by variable not properly initialized.
  This APAR will capture the necessary changes in DbMonitor.
  
  A way to confirm is to review the dbmonitor.trace file.
  If you encounter this issue,  you can see the code "enter"
  DbQueryResults but does not exit.
  
  For example:
