Error description

• When a service has Non-XML or JSON request or response type and
  the
  Processing Policy contains XPath Match Expressions that are not
  matched the following match actions will see
  truncated input.
  

Local fix

• Use at most one XPath Matching rule per direction of
  processing and move that to last position.
  

Problem summary

• Affected is the use of XPath match action in Multiprotocol
  Gateway with request or response type JSON or Non-XML.
  
  Unsuccessful XPath match action parse attempt truncates input
  for the following rule(s).
  
  
  Fix is to match XML Firewall behavior in not considering rules
  with XPath Match action for processing for Non-XML or JSON
  request or response type.
  
  Fix is available in 7.1.0.0
