• An update trigger changes the 12th character of the data in one
  of the columns to the next character.
  
  For example, if the value is to be updated to "ABCDEFGHIJKLMN".
  It will actually get updated to "ABCDEFGHIJKMMN" instead.
  
  The 12th character in the value, "L" changes to "M".
