Error description

• A web service client can send an HTTP GET request with a ?wsdl
  query string to an IBM Integration Bus web service to receive a
  representation of the WSDL. Some clients may issue the ?wsdl
  query string in upper or mixed case. However the integration bus
  only recognizes all lowercase and will reject anything else.
  

Local fix

• The client must issue the ?wsdl query in lowercase to be
  accepted without applying the fix.

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:

• The product now accepts WSDL queries in any case.
