Error description
Custom jar issue When a custom connector is published to the tdi-install/packages directory, it can be "seen" in the list of components but then will fail during execution with the following error: 2012-11-12 18:20:02,291 ERROR [AssemblyLine.AssemblyLines/getFiles.1] - CTGDIS077I Failed with error: CTGDIS084I Initialization of FileScanConnector failed: java.lang.Exception: [FileScanConnector] CTGDIS025E Exception while loading configuration: java.lang.Exception: [FileScanConnector] CTGDIS497W Cannot find the java class for fileScan:/Connectors/FileScan Connector. The jar file may be corrupted, or a file may have been deleted.... STEPS TO DUPLICATE: Create a custom connector Right click and publish. Save the file in tdi-install/packages. Stop and start ce again Create a new al and add the new component Run DESIRED BEHAVIOR: Packages are read from the install directory ENVIRONMENT: 7.0, 7.1, 7.1.1

Problem summary
As the config editor allows the user to publish to installdir / packages, the server should also look there for packaged components.
Problem conclusion
This is a bug in the TDI code and a formal fix would be made available in 7.1.1-TIV-TDI-FP0003.
