In some configurations, Document Manager integration with MS Outlook can cause Outlook to crash. In Document Manager, if MS Outlook configuration's "Save Option - Save Mode" is set to "Both items as a compound document", then, if a user adds an email that contains an attachment (or embedded image) into Document Manager, after clicking on the Document Added confirmation dialog for the last attachment, MS Outlook, in certain circumstances, reports that it has stopped working and presents a "Restart the program" dialog box. Note: In Document Manager, if MS Outlook configuration's save mode is set to "Item Only" or "Both as individual items", MS Outlook does not crash.
