IO17671: THE OPTION TO "RUN AND BREAK HERE" IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ALL COMPONENTS IN THE AL

Error description

• Then option to "run and break here" is not available for all
  components
  in the AL.
  
  **** NOTE:  This is NOT the case once the debugger is started.

  RECREATE STEPS:
  
  Create an AL with these components:
  
  1. Loops   (while
  2.  If statements
  
  While viewing the AL, right click on the component.  Notice that
  the run
  and break here is grey

Problem summary

• Problem with option 'RUN AND BREAK HERE' was not available for
  all the components in the Assembly Line.
  

Problem conclusion

• This is bug in TDI code and has been fixed, formal fix will be
  made available in 7.1.1-TIV-TDI-FP0003.
