Error description
Import an item with time attribute = 12:00:00 AM. This value cannot be displayed correctly when searching out this item in pClient. This is because C++ API defines 00.00.00 as an INVALID_ TIME, so the value is set to null.

Problem summary
If a user uses the Client for Windows® to import a document part, and specifies 12:00:00 AM as the Time type attribute value, the library server stores the value 00:00:00 to the database. However, when the Client for Windows retrieves the document part, no attribute value is shown for that Time type attribute. The Client for Windows uses C++ APIs, so this is a C++ API problem.
Problem conclusion
Internally in retrieve code, if an attribute is of type ICM_TIME, don't check the attribute value against "00:00:00" and then set the attribute value to null, but instead, honor the attribute value as it is. The problem is fixed in cm83 fixpack 12.
