Local fix

• This issue can be worked around by installing the required
  awt/xll font libraries on the system.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused by the font manager library being linked
  to the headful AWT library which has internal dependency with
  X11 libraries.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to link the font manager library to the
  headless AWT library.
