Local fix

• Use "-Dcom.ibm.gpu.disable" to disable GPU sort support.
  

Problem summary

• GPU sorting fails for large array with more than 8388608
  elements.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been corrected to properly handle sorting large
  arrays.
