Problem summary

• An application that uses CUDA4J API does not run on some
  platforms.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM's Java SDKs now support CUDA4J APIs on all platforms.
  On platforms where GPUs are not supported, the behavior is the
  same as it would be on a supported platform where no GPUs are
  present.
