Local fix

• This issue can be worked around using the
  -Xjit:disableDirectToJNI option.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when compiling a method that directly
  calling JNI native method.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JIT has been updated to prevent the crash when compiling
  methods that directly calling JNI native method.
