  The problem is extremely rare, and has only ever been seen on
  systems running high workloads.

  The root cause is the possibility of creating a timing window
  when data may be inconsistent, as a result from a modern
  processor deciding to re-order the instructions when detaching a
  pipe. The issue historically has been very rare and frequency of
  occurrences very low.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been added to remove these timing windows.
  This APAR IJ08124 fixes the problem on Solaris, HP-UX and
  Windows.
  The APAR SE53763 fixed the same problem on iSeries.
