Local fix

• Remove "href" attribute from j2se tag
  

Problem summary

• When the java-version is changed to include VRMF number,
  build-version parser became incompatible and lead to javaws
  launch failure.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to fix Build-Version parser to handle
  the modified java-version
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     8    SR5 FP15  (8.0.5.15)
