Error description

• Error Message: When audit is enabled on AIX, there are many
  FILE_CLOSE calls that are reported failed with EBADF. This has
  impact on performance which is visible only when Audit is
  enabled.

Local fix

• Do not enable AIX Audit
  

Problem summary

• Child process in Java on AIX close <TLD>65K file descriptors in
  a loop irrespective of how many have actually used. This
  behaviour has resulted in many FILE_CLOSE calls fail with EBADF.
  

Problem conclusion

• Java Class-library code has been updated to use fcntl() with
  F_CLOSEM flag to close only opened file descriptor instead of
  legacy way of closing all 65K File descriptors.
