Error description
JobManager can leave defunct processes running when a CIT scan performed by wscanhw runs for more than 60 seconds. JobManager waits for 1 minute for the scan to complete, reporting an error if it does not complete in this time. . After an error is reported JobManager does not wait any longer for the wscanhw to complete and the process becomes defunct.
Local fix
Problem summary
JobManager is responsible to launch hw scan process (wscanhw) and wait for 2 minutes for the scan process end. If the scan duration exceeds 2 minutes, the csan is considered failed and the spawned process is not waited and wcanhw becomes a defunct process. JobManager should always wait for its children completion.
Problem conclusion
The apar will be fixed in TWS 9.3 fp4, 9.4 fp5
