• Error Message: If the underlying HSM does not support random
  number seeding, then an IBMPKCS11Impl SecureRandom.setSeed( )
  call will experience an exception which reports "Random number
  generator does not accept seeding".

Local fix

Problem summary

• If the underlying HSM does not support random number seeding,
  then an IBMPKCS11Impl SecureRandom.setSeed( ) call will
  experience an exception which reports "Random number generator
  does not accept seeding".
  

Problem conclusion

• Unfortunately, most applications are not prepared to handle this
  exception.  Even if they were, there is no recovery action that
  the application could perform.  In deference to those
  applications, the IBMPKCS11Impl provider will absorb this
  exception. In other words, the IBMPKCS11Impl provider will not
  throw an exception if this failure occurs.
