Problem summary

• enumInterfaces function use an uninitialized socket. When there
  is inactive interfaces configured, there will be invalid close
  action. Since this is an uninitialized variable, it could be any
  values. If the value is a descriptor which is used by other
  thread, the descriptor is closed by mistake. This will cause
  unpredictable errors
  

Problem conclusion

• initialized the socket and close it in a right point.
