Error description

  • DETAIL OF PROBLEM:

The TPC NAPI process that is responsible for polling device
events finishes with status TERMINIATED, which is the method
that informs TPC that this process has finished.

However, TPC ignores that status which
results in numerous (defunct) processes linked to the TPC
Device Server parent process to accumulate. This problem only
    occurs on Unix systems.

RECREATE STEPS: Run command> ps -ef

    i.e.
