IC98568: CROSS DATABASE INSERTS INTO TABLES USING RANGE INTERVAL BASED FR AGMENTATION AND VIOLATION TABLES YIELD SYSTEM CATALOG CORRUPTION

Error description

• The following system catalog corruption was observed in
  11.70.FC4 on linux x86_64.
  
  Consider two databases db1, db2 having similar schemas that
  involve tables using fragment by range/interval.
  
  DML on db2 when db1 is current can cause this problem.  The
  problem is heightened when these tables
  use violation tables and are dropped and recreated.  It appears
  we are losing track of which database is open
  and current in these statements.
  
  Types of oncheck -cc errors that may be seen are:
