Error description

• Connection leak in the device server of TPC which in time blocks
  access the database, and possibly the data server (if db2 is
  wrong configured)
  
  DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
  During high usage periods of the device server (SVC + DS +
  Storwize probes performing a lot of updates in the database,
  running in parallel with fabric probes) there is a high
  probability that multiple queries are updating the same tables
  (e.g. storage), the same rows, and the code handling this part
  has connection leaks.

  database.
  SQLState: 57030 Error code: -1040 Error message: DB2 SQL Error:
  SQLCODE=-1040, SQLSTATE=57030, SQLERRMC=null, DRIVER=3.64.82

  1. complex environment, with much storage and some fabrics
  2. Create many probes executing at the same time on the same
  devices, many times
  3. Run the probes and wait for the device to exhaust database
  connections
