Error description

• History Aggregator job fails with db2 errors:
  
   SRV0713E: Group t_stat_totals was not saved because it already
  exists.
   SQLSTATE: 23505, Vendor error code: -803
   DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-803, SQLSTATE=23505,
  SQLERRMC=2;TPC.T_STAT_TOTALS, DRIVER=3.64.82
   STS0125E: Aggregator completed with errors.
  
  The unique contraint on the table T_STAT_TOTALS is required to
  be removed to resolve the data duplication issues that are
  causing the issue.
  

Local fix

• Contact Support to recieve script that will remove the unique
  constraint on the table which is not needed, and will allow the
  Aggregator to insert into the table as expected.
