Error description

• If a customer selects "create an instance" on 12.10.FC2, this
  default instance will automatically create 12 dbspaces,
  even when walking the customer through the configuration dialogs
  about the size of rootdbs and datadbs.
  
  This is misleading and unexpected and should be avoided.
