Problem summary

  • When using commands start_tom.sh and stop_tom.sh, some messages
are issued in French when TOM_LOG is not FR

Problem conclusion

  • The right commands are $start-tom.sh, $stop_tom.sh.
TOM_LANG vaiable only affects interface sterm but not logging
and messages always in English.
Use the right commands $stop_tom.sh and $start_tom.sh to get
messages in English.
