APAR status

  • Closed as fixed if next.

Error description

  • You can use SPLDOC markup to associate comments with the SPL
artifacts in a toolkit. The spl-make-doc command generates HTML
documentation from the marked up artifacts. If you run the
spl-make-doc command on a host that does not have internet
access, the command outputs the following error message:
    CDISP7102E ERROR: Caused by
    org.dita.dost.exception.DITAOTException:
[DOTJ012F][FATAL] Failed to parse the input file
'toolkit.ditamap' due to the following exception. This may
indicate that a plug-in for your
document type is missing. Please correct the input based on the
following message from the XML parser: :docs.oasis-open.org at
    org.dita.dost.module.GenMapAndTopicListModule.processFile(GenMap
    AndTopicListModule.java:542)
    TRACE: Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException:
    docs.oasis-open.org
The command fails to generate HTML documentation.
