Error description

  • Installed Pcomm 6.0.7 and tried the new utility pcssound.exe.
    However, I found problems.
    .
    1. The registry keys for Pcomm sound events are installed as
    below.
        HKEY_CURENT_USER
         AppEvents
          Schemes
           Apps
            PComm
             pcsSoundxxxxxxxxxxx
              .current
              .modified
    .
If I remove some pcsSoundxxxxxxxxx keys and execute
          pcssound.exe /b
        to restore default settings,
the following messages are displayed and the lacked settings
        were not restored.
    .
Error: Failed to open key ( AppEvents\Schemes\Apps\PComm
        \pcsSoundxxxxxxxxx\.current ) Error Code : 0
    .
      2. pcssound.exe /s <filename> to save the current settings
always traps just after displaying "Saving sound settings
         from to pcssound.csv file".
It occurs regardless of specifying filename or not.

When PCSSOUND /b option is used to restore the default sound
settings in the registry, any missing registry keys are not
    restored.

When PCSSOUND /s option is used to save the sound settings to
an external file, a trap occurs and the external file is not
    created.
