Error description

• This Access Violation can occur in the following scenario:
  Application makes a Native (esql) connection
  Applicaiton then makes an ODBC connection.
  Application closes ODBC connection and unloads the Library
  iclit09b.dll
  Application encounters an error on the Native connection.
  FirstChanceException will occur followed by a
  SecondChanceException
  
  FirstChanceException stack looks something like this:
