Error description

• The Tivoli Storage Manager server MOVE NODEDATA command can
  fail with the following ANR9999D:
  
    ANR2017I Administrator ADMIN issued command: MOVE NODEDATA
             node from=POOL1 to=POOL2
    ANR9999D_1487689131 ssReconstruct(ssrecons.c:649)
             Thread<1>: Space not preallocated in pool 12.
    ANR1156W Move data process terminated for volume 1234L5
             - internal server error detected.
  
  This behavior occurs when the MAXSIZE value on the target
  destination storage pool is exceeded during the MOVE NODEDATA
  operation, causing the server to select the next storage
  pool in the hierarchy.

Local fix

• Set the MAXSIZE value to NO LIMIT to prevent the server from
  sending the data to the next storage pool in the hierarchy.
