Error description

• Running the dsmadmc command 'select * from events' returns the
  following error message:
  
  ANR2631E QUERY EVENT: Invalid begin date - 00/00/1900.
  
  
  Running the DB2 command 'select * from schedule_events'
  returns one or more records with a value of
  '1956-09-05-00.00.00.000000' in the 'ACTSTART' column. This is
  interpreted as a NULL value by Tivoli Storage Manager and causes
  the select command to fail.
  
  This NULL value should be ignored.
  

Local fix

• Delete the records in the SCHEDULE_EVENTS table where ACTSTART =
  '1956-09-05-00.00.00.000000' or update the ACTSTART value to
  the valid SCHEDSTART defined in table "SCHEDULES".
