IC91899: FILES NOT BEING BACKED UP WHEN SOME APPLICATIONS SAVE TO A WATCHED SHARE ON A SERVER
Closed as program error.
If CDP or Fastback for Workstations is running on computer A and is protecting a folder shared out on the network, if a user on computer B uses certain applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel to create or modify files in the shared directory on computer A, the files might not get backed up.
