A network error between DataPower and a Queue manager on an MQ Server is not detected by the Backside MQ Queue Manager object on DataPower.

Problem summary
Customers who use DPMQ URL are likely to see this problem. The operation state of the MQ Queue Manager object is never brought down while DPMQ URL experiences a network error.
