• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The performance counter (pmon) 'Lock count' might not record all
  updates in case of concurrent accesses.
  The 'Lock count' pmon seems to behave differently than other
  lock-manager-related pmons. With the other counters, the value
  is counted in certain intervals instead of only
  increments/decrements.

Problem conclusion

• Fix is included in IBM solidDB V6.5 Fix Pack 13. The pmon 'Lock
  count' was not mutexed and its value might have lost updates in
  case of concurrent access. The 'Lock count' counter works now
  identically to other lock counters: the value is counted at
  intervals.
