Error description
In Integrator 6.2.3 FP2, java has been upgraded to Java6 SR12 (from SR9) after which integrator launched as a Windows service stops when a user logs off.
Local fix
Fix involves an iFix from java team as well as code change in Integrator service registration code also.
Problem summary
Fix will be available in integrator 6.2.3 FP2 release. Interator windows service will now be registered as an interactive service when installed with "-console" and as non-interactive when installed without "-console" option. The java iFix makes sure that CTRL_LOGOFF_EVENT is ignored for non-interactive windows services. Integrator need to use "-Xrs" configuration for JVM if installed as an interactive Windows service so as to ignore CTRL_LOGOFF_EVENT.
Problem conclusion
Temporary fix
