Error description
A WebSphere MQ Classes for Java application running in Client mode that attempts to take part in a global transaction will receive a MQRC_NO_EXTERNAL_PARTICIPANTS reason code with a completion code of MQCC_WARNING.

**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: This issue affects users of the below environments who are using Client mode transport and are attempting to participate in a global transaction: - The WebSphere MQ V7.0.1, V7.1, V7.5 classes for Java. Platforms affected: All Distributed (iSeries, all Unix and Windows) +Java **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: WebSphere MQ Classes for Java applications that are running in Client mode and attempt to take part in a global transactions by issuing a MQBEGIN call receive the MQRC_NO_EXTERNAL_PARTICIPANTS reason code with a completion code of MQCC_WARNING. In this scenrario, the expected reason code to be returned is MQRC_ENVIRONMENT_ERROR, with a completion code of MQCC_FAILED.
Problem conclusion
The returned reason code has now been changed to MQRC_ENVIRONMENT_ERROR with a completion code of MQCC_FAILED.
