Error description

  • A CWSXM1049E: Subflow runtime instance is unavailable may be
    seen intermittently when a system is under load. This would
    only be an intermittent problem, the subflow should work in
    other cases.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • This issue is caused when the Request Flow in the subflow is not
    found due to synchronization issues.  This will be an
    intermittent problem.  In failing cases the request flow
    returned for the subflow will be null
    

Problem conclusion

  • The code was modified to synchronize the code around finding the
     request flow
    
    This code fix was targeted to be included in the following fix
    packs:
         7.0.0 Fix Pack 6 (v7.0.0.6)
         7.5.1 Fix Pack 2 (v7.5.1.2)
         8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 (v8.0.1.2)
