Error description

• RESTORE STGPOOL can incorrectly issue ANR1242E in some cases.
  ANR1242E Process process ID terminated - storage media
    inaccessible
  When ANR1242E is issued because storage media is inaccessible
  the process ID is terminated.  This termination is not
  appropriate if there are additional volumes for
  RESTORE STGPOOL to process.  If RESTORE STGPOOL is issued
  with MAXPRocess=1, RESTORE STGPOOL will fail before processing
  other volumes.  If RESTORE STGPOOL was issued with MAXPRocess
  greater than 1, this will cause the number of active processes
  to reduce.
